health is the state of complete physical, social, and mental welling, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

Years lost due to disability. A measure of how many healthy years have been lost by living with disease, injury or disability.

Years of life lost from premature death.
what is mortality
A measure of burden of disease, one DALY equals one year of healthy life lost due to premature death and time lived with illness, disease or injury. DALYs are calculated by adding YLL and YLD.
what is prevalence
A measure of the impact of disease and injuries, specifically it measures the gap between current health status and an ideal situation where everyone lives to an old age free disease and disability. Burden of disease is measured in a unit called the DALY.

The number of patients who experience an episode of admitted patient care.

Anxiety and depressive symptoms (levels of negative emotional states) in the general population.

A measure of disease that allows us to determine a person’s probability of being diagnosed with a disease during a given period.
Therefore, incidence is the number of newly diagnosed cases of a disease.
