Immediate after effects of exercise
Breathing rate increases Heart rate increases Body temperature increases- sweating Redness Muscular fatigue
Health related fitness examples
Cardiovascular endurance- the ability to keep exercising for a long time. It means your heart and lungs can keep supplying enough oxygen for a long time without getting tired if your cardiovascular endurance is good. The more efficient your cardio vascular system is, the slower your pulse rate will be as you will be able to pump more blood per beat( bigger stroke volume).
Muscular endurance- the ability of the muscles to repeatedly use your voluntary muscle over a long time without getting tired.
What is muscular endurance?
