Treatment?

A

Lesions resolve by end of summer
Topical therapy with ivermectin/glucocorticoid
Systemic anti-histamines or glucocorticoid may be necessary

Diagnosis?

A

Deep skin scrape or smear from lesion may show nematode.

Can see them on biopsy
