Going equipped to steal definition
Guilty of offence, when not at place of abode, having any article for use in connection with any burglary or theft.
Where can ‘going equipped to steal’ not be committed
In own home/vehicle when not in use (can be in someone else’s home though)
When would it not be ‘going equipped to steal’ - before, during or after theft?
After as theft is already committed. But if on way to commit another then would be ‘going equipped’ as well

What is constructive possession?
Owning the property but not having it physically on your persons e.g. in a locker
