Behaviour by a person which causes, or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm or distress to one or more other persons not of the same household as the person

What are acceptable behaviour contracts?

A

Written agreement between perpetrator and agencies acting to prevent ASB. No sanction if refusal to sign however may persuade court a civil injunction or criminal behaviour order is necessary. No sanctions for breach contract
