Behaviour by a person which causes, or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm or distress to one or more other persons not of the same household as the person

What are acceptable behaviour contracts?
Written agreement between perpetrator and agencies acting to prevent ASB. No sanction if refusal to sign however may persuade court a civil injunction or criminal behaviour order is necessary. No sanctions for breach contract
Anti-social behaviour - what is mediation?
Bring victim and offender together to produce resolution. All must be willing to participate
Anti-social behaviour - what is a closure order?
Close premises being used or are likely to be used to commit disorder. Closure notice - up to 48 hours, closure order - up to 3 months and obtain through magistrates court
Anti-social behaviour - dispersal powers
Remove perpetrator from specific area for 48 hours. Not complying is an offence
