Do not use BWV when:

A
  • Victim statements (would use video recorded interview instead so they don’t have to go to court)
    • DASH risk assessments
    • Serious sexual offenses first account - must get explicit permission and make aware may be shown to defendant
      • Non consent for first account of witnesses and victims
