Inspiratory arrest on deep RUQ palpation due to pain

What is Cholecystitis?
A
- Inflammation of gallbladder
- Usually from gallstones (rarely ischemia or infectious)
- INcreased alkaline phosphatase if bile duct becomes involved (e.g., ascending cholangitis)
