RESOURCE:
They are things we need to live or can use to earn a living. For e.g./some examples are: food, fuel to cook with, paper to write on, etc.
NATURAL RESOURCE:
Resources that occur naturally in/on the Earth that we can make us of. For e.g. sunshine or the sea.

UK is closer to 0% undernourished. It is a developed country with a lot of resources
Resources are not spread equally around the world. For example, many people around the world consume more food than they need. Others spend their whole lives hungry. Some countries are rich in crude oil (UAE) and gas to use as fuels. Others have little or none of these, so have to do without them, or buy them
Rivers - natural resource. Provide water for drinking & for watering crops. We even dam them to make electricity
Soil - another natural resource. We use it to grow crops for food.
Coal, oil, gas, metal ores - all are natural resources. We can use them ourselves and sell them to earn money
