What does the S of SAMPLE mean?

What does the A of SAMPLE mean and what kind of questions can be asked?
What medical allergies? Or if respiratory or abdo pain could of consumed or been exposed to allergen
What does the M of sample mean and what questions can be asked?
Medications. What medications are you taking (any relevant to this)? Any new medications? Any OTC medications? Are you taking them all as prescribed?
What does P stand for in SAMPLE?
Past medical history. Any relevant medical history?
If a heart attack - was a stent inserted?
Any recent hospital visits regarding the relevant issue
What does L stand for in SAMPLE and what questions can be asked?
Last intake and output. When did you last eat, take medication, and output (urine and bowel movements) - where they normal
What does E stand for in SAMPLE. What type of questions should be asked?
Exposure. Anything noticeable physically?
