What are the symptoms of costochondritis?
A
central chest pain, with history of injury cause
Worse with moving, sneezing, coughing and palpation of spaces

What are the symptoms of pericarditis?
A
Pleuritic
Worse lying and better sitting up
cough and fever
concave ST elevation and PR depression in all leads except v1 and AVR

What are the symptoms of pneumonia?
A
Productive cough (coloured if bacterial pneumonia)
Sharp pleuritic chest pain
Nausea and vomiting
Fever/chills
Abdominal pain (lower lobe irritates diaphragm)
Bibasilar crackles
