Groin pain, burning urination, increased urine frequency, confusion, fever.
Differential as pyelonephritis of fever, flank pain and nausea/vomiting
What are the symptoms of spinal stenosis?
Lower back pain when standing/walking, numbness in buttocks/legs, loss of balance, usually degenerative with age
Symptoms of abdominal aortic aneurysm?
Abdo pain which radiates into lower back, dizzy, clammy, nausea/vomiting, syncope, hypotension. Pulsating mass in abdomen
