Trimethropin if high C.Diff risk

Topical hydrogen peroxide -> fusidic acid
Oral flucloxacillin or erythromycin if widespread
Cellulitis or erysipelas

Cellulitis - near eye or nose
Co-amoxiclav (clarithromycin, + metronidazole if penicillin-allergic)
Animal or human bite
