Has been tagged for 10 days and they must sign the indemnity portion of the tow form to guard the city against any loss or expenses incurred by reason of the removal

If the vehicle is being operated by any person who drives ‘without an operators license after having been previously convicted of such offense’
What shall be done if you stop a person who isn’t licensed and the person has at least one prior conviction of such offense?
The officer SHALL impound the car for 3 days

When should you not impound the vehicle for 3 days?
- the offender is less than 18 years old
- the offenders license has been expired for less than one year prior to the offense and the reason for the offense is because of the expiration date
