  • Base of corn is on skin surface causing pain when rubbing
  • Soft corns are between toes which are white and feel rubbery in texture

Planter fasciitis

  • Eased at home by resting foot on a stool and placing an ice pack in a towel on the painful area for up to 20 mins every 2 to 3 hours
  • Wear wide comfortable shoes with low heel and do exercise that does not put pressure on the feet such as swimming
  • Paracetamol can be used as pain relief with soft insoles or heel pads that can be placed in the shoes
