- Strong Peroneus Longus overpowers tibilalis ant-> dropped 1st ray
- Strong Tibialis posterior overpowers peroneus brevis- hindfoot varus and forefoot adduction, forfoot pronation

- USe AFO and physio for at laest 6 months to see if any return of neuro

- Phenol/ Botox injections
Surgery
- Split anterior tibialis tendon transfer
- FHL transfer to dorsum of foot and release FDL and Brevis at base of each toe
- Lengthen gastronemius/ achilles
