Q
how do we test for concentration of glucose solution
A
1- line 5 test tubes on a rack
2- add 10cm 3 of 40 mM glucose solution to the test tube and 5cm 3 of distilled water to the others
3- use 5cm 3 from the first test tube and move it to the second and repeat 3 more times
4- do a benedict’s test
5- use a colorimeter and make a calibration curve with results
