Any flight within or into designated areas or routes that require military or adjacent state co-ordination, to prevent interception
Any flight across international borders
Any flight planned to operate at night, if leaving aerodrome vicinity

A

To provide the limited information required to obtain a clearance for a portion of the flight, filed either on RTF or by phone prior to takeoff.

A

A minimum 3 hours before EOBT for NAT flights and flights subject to Flow measures.
