Major criteria of Sweet syndrome (2)
A
- abrupt painful erythematous plaques/ nodules
2. H: dense MATURE neutrophilic infiltrate (no LCV)

minor criteria of Sweet syndrome (3-6)
*need to fulfill 2 minor
A
- pyrexia (fever > 38C)
- acute myelogenous leukemia.
Cancer: Visceral malignancy: breast, GIT, GUT); inflam disease: Crohn, UC; pregnant; preceded by URTI, GIT or vaccination (BCG, influenza) - excellent response with systemic steroid or KOH
- abnormal lab (3/4)
ESR >20, CRP +, leukocytes >8000, neutrophils >70
