Components of EMS Systems

The Good Samaritan Law
(A) Any person who render first aid to a person, without the expectation of compensation, who is unconscious, ill, or injured when:
(1) there is a reasonable expectation of prompt decisions and actions in medical care, and: (2) the necessity of immediate medical care, or these delay in rendering medical care, would seriously worsen the physical condition or in the life of the person
(B) The person shall not be found liable for any injuries of ledge to have been sustained by person or death of the personnel edge to have occurred by act or admission in the rendering of treatment unless it is established at the injuries or death was caused by gross negligence, wanton conduct, or intentional wrongdoing on the part of the person rendering the treatment.
