Cosa avviene quando si tira la Fire extinguisher handle?
It closes:
Engine bleed
fuel SOV
Hidraulic valve
Crossbleed valve
Cosa succede se premo un cargo smoke button se non é illuminato?
It arms the associated fire extinguisher bottle, and the button will illuminate red
Cosa avviene al premere dell’APU FIRE EXTINGUISHER BUTTON?
Discharges the APU fire bottle
Shuts down the APU through the FADEC
Closes the APU fuel SOV
Devo per forza premere APU EMERG STOP prima di premere il FIRE EXT APU button?
Per le normali operazioni si, ma in ogni caso se dopo 1 minuto dal fuoco non si preme lo stop, l’APU FIRE EXT si illumina di rosso ed é armato pronto per essere scaricato, e spegnerà quindi l’APU oltre a chiudere le varie valvole.
C’è una protezione automatica dell’APU on ground per il fuoco? Quale?
Dopo 10” dal rilevamento del fire, se non viene fatta nessuna azione, l’APU si spegnerà automaticamente.
Cosa avviene quando viene rilevato un fumo nelle cargo?
Quando viene rilevato un fumo:
Air circulation fan turned off (only fwd)
Outflow ventilation valve close (only fwd)
High rate extinguisher bottle is armed.
Cosa avviene quando si preme uno cargo smoke button?
The high-rate fire extinguisher is discharged.
After 1’ the low-rate is discharged it remains in the compartment for 75’, for airplane with 60 minute diversion time.
If the button is pressed again before the 1’ the low rate is discharged.
-on ground the low rate is not automatically discharged after 1’, it has to be a pilot intervention.
NB on ground after discharge it could appear CRG FWD (AFT) FIRE SYS FAIL
Se non c’è una cargo Fire EICAS message puoi comunque scaricare l’estinguente?
Si, 1 push armi High rate, 2nd push entro due minuti scarichi hi-rate. Per il low rate la sequenza é uguale al caso in cui sia annunciato.
Come funziona il lavatory fire extinguisher system?
When the temperature inside the waste container exceeds a certain limit, the system automatically discharge the extinguisher agent.
