Pull ear up and back (for >3 yo)
High-pitched whistling sound indicates hearing aid volume is too high

OAG: Gradual loss of peripheral vision (tunnel vision)
MD: opposite
Cataracts S+S
Reports of seeing halos around lights
Cloudy lens
Blurred vision
Myopia AKA
nearsightedness
Myopia S+S
Hold objects near face
Sit near objects to see clearly
Primary open-angle glaucoma management
Emergency medical identification
Discuss OTC meds w/ HCP
Maintain lifelong adherence to prescribed schedule for ophthalmic drop instillation
