He got forced out of MA ( Massachusetts) Bay colony and bought land from from NA. He then received a charter from the king. In his colony there was religious toleration.
Who was Anne Hutchinson?
She questioned Puritans teachings. She was put on trial and then got expelled from the Ma Bay colony. She set an important lasting effect on America. She really knows her stuff about the Bible.
Who was Thomas Hooker?
He also questioned the Puritans teachings.
He left bay colony and settled in present day Connecticut . Many more people followed him, so they needed a more structured government.
Created the Fundamental Orders of Connecticut.
Who was John Wheelwright?
He agreed with Anne Hutchinson, and got forced to leave. He settled in present day New Hampshire.
