  • Basically it comes to a point where putting too much effort in things don’t bring u better results, maybe even worse results (perfectionism)​
  • That hour extra u used studying instead of sleeping, eating… well that lowers ur performance too!
  • with excellencism, the amount of time u work is proportional to the results u get
