- Report style, introduction & conclusion headings
- Write introduction and create headings
- Re-read question and identify learning outcomes
- Consider chapter summaries and relate to learning outcomes
- Identify thinkers & models and note under headings
- Consider required writing approach: discuss, evaluate, analyse, assess, explain or compare?
- Start writing giving definitions first for main points
- Include thinkers and models (2 or 3)

- Conclude, giving bold opinion, recommendation or conclusion
