- 4kV Bus Loss of Voltage (2/3 on T-A or T-D busses, <94V(<93V))
- 4kV Bus Loss of Voltage (2/3 on BOTH T busses in same train, <94V(93V))
- SI
- Loss of both MFP’s (2/2 stop valves closed) (Only when switch in AUTO)
- AMSAC (3/4 FW flow <25%)
