What happens with a body pregnancy?
placenta doesn’t develop in the horns so the foal will not develop properly. May result in contracted limbs and spinal abnormalities
What is referred to by reproductive pathology causing non-infectious abortions?
placental insufficiency (which is grade 3 biopsy) - endometrial fibrosis, cystic hyperplasia, cervical lesions
how to prevent stress or PMU abortions?
bring the mares to the place that they will foal prior to pregnancy if you can
What do you call the inside out foals?
schistosomas
