Na channel blockers. Slows rate of recovery from inactive to closed = decrease transmission

CCB, postsynaptic inhibitory action.

SV2a inhibitor. Synaptic vesicle glycoprotein binder= stops release of neurotransmitters = decrease activity.

Suicidal thoughts, join pain, marrow suppression, liver failure, pancreatitis, lethary
