1. Add drop of iodine dissolved in potassium iodide to each well on a spotting tile
2. A known conc of amylase and starch are mixed together in a test tube
3. Dropping pipette used to add starch/amylase to one of the wells on the spotting tile
4. Add the starch/amylase to a new well at regular intervals
5. The colour change will be: orange → blue/black
6. Time how long it takes for the solution to stay orange
7. Repeat at different conçs of amylase
8. Repeat 3x at each conc
