1st : Soften only , if symptoms don’t improve Go to step 2
2nd : Irrigation only if fails , go to step 3
3rd : Soften for 3-5days then Irrigation ,

if fails go to step 4

4th : Instill water for 15 min. then Irrigation ,if fails
Go to step 5

5th : Refer to ENT specialist
