A

Causa de HAS resistente em jovens

1a) adenoma ou hiperplasia
- hiporreninemico / tto com espironolactona
- dx: hipoK (miopatia/caimbra/fraqueza, constipação, altera ECG) , dosar aldosterona e renina

2a) HAS renovascular (Estenose A. renal)
- Hiperreninemico
- tto: iECA ou BRA (exceto se estenose bilateral)
