Aircraft is threatened by grave and imminent danger and requires immediate assistance.

Aircraft in the Air - Do not land, aerodrome unsafe
Aircraft/Vehicles on the ground - Move clear of the landing area
What does a steady red light from a tower mean?
Aircraft in the Air - Give way to other aircraft and continue circling
Aircraft/Vehicles on the ground - Stop
What does a flashing green light from a tower mean?
Aircraft in the Air - Return to aerodrome and wait for permission to land
Aircraft/Vehicles on the ground - Cleared to taxi/proceed
What does a steady green light from a tower mean?
Aircraft in the Air - Cleared to Land
Aircraft/Vehicles on the ground - Cleared for Takeoff
What does a flashing white light from a tower mean?
Aircraft in the Air - Land at this aerodrome and proceed to apron (Land & Taxi clearance to follow)

Do not land for the time being.
