Tier Level Threads & Stuff is seeking an Administrative Assistant preferably with niche experience working in a screen print shop.

Administrative Assistants assist with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as filing paperwork, answering phone calls, preparing documents for meetings, and managing the calendar of their supervisors. Successful Administrative Assistants are effective communicators who speak clearly and are personable and welcoming when answering incoming calls. They use proper grammar and put people at ease when they’re on the phone or speaking one-on-one with other staff members or customers.

Responsibilities

Summary/Objective 
The AP & Purchasing Clerk will assist in ensuring that Crimson Steel Supply pays our vendors accurately and on time. They will also assist in sourcing material and maintaining purchase order logs. They will also perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Essential Functions

  3. Assists the CFO in processing payment runs.
  4. Maintains and updates digital vendor files.
  5. Assists the CEO in sourcing and tracking material purchases.
  6. Reviews purchases order logs and holds individuals accountable for entering appropriate information related to purchases.
  7. Prepares reports for weekly departmental meetings and monthly budget reviews.
  8. Performs various office-related tasks: answering phones, opening mail, scanning and indexing documents, remote check depositing, petty-cash reconciliation, etc.
  9. Assists CFO with occasional HR and Payroll tasks.
  10. Additional duties as assigned per management.
