D: linea alba, ilia crest, pubic tubercle, inguinal ligament fold
I: intercostal n. T7-T11, subcostal n T12, iliohypogastric + ilioinguinal L1
A: increase intrabdominal pressure: compression + ipsilateral rot, stabilize spine
