high fever for five days, conjunctival injection, strawberry tongue, cervical lymphadenopathy, swelling of hands and feet
kawasaki
if untreated - coronary artery aneurysms
sports PE screening
family Hx of sudden death
murmurs
marfans stigmata
PE consistent with cardiac disease
