A
- Localized tenderness
- Distention
- Tympanic to percusion
- Mass + Abcess formation
- Absent bowel sounds (Perf)
- Rebound + Guarding (Perf)

Treatment of Diverticulitis
A
- Uncomplicated: Outpatient -> Clear liquids 2-3 Days; 7-10 days oral BS Abx; Pain medication
- Complcated/Severe: Admit to hospital; NPO w/ IV Abx; Tx complications such as perotinitis/retroperitonitis; Pai management w/ morphine
