serology
culture takes
4-6 weeks
See CXR with reticulonodular and interstitial infiltrate
Lab findings: pancytopenia, transaminitis, and LDH and ferritin.

A
amphotericin B (moderate to severe dx) itraconazole (mild dx/ maintenance)
