What is the difference between feeding disorders and eating disorders
feeding disorders are seen in infants and are a result from food preferences and tolerance
eating disorders are seen more with adolescence and adulthood, and are a result from an emotional response to food
What is the Difference between Anorexia Nervosa and Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID)
Anorexia is an intense fear of weight gain and discomfort with their body
ARFID is based more on picky eating
An individual cannot be diagnosed with more than one feeding disorder at the same time, but what disorder is an acceptation
Pica = eating non-food substances
What is Binge eating disorder
Eating an unusual amount of food in a short period of time

a lack of bladder or bowel control (can be voluntary or involuntary)

Enuresis = elimination of urine
Encopresis = elimination of faces
What is the difference between Nocturnal and Diurnal
Nocturnal = during sleeping hours
Diurnal = During the day

disturbances that cause dissatisfaction with the quality and duration of sleep, usually related to depression, anxiety, and cognitive changes
What is Narcolepsy
A sleep-wake disorder that involves daytime sleepiness, that can result in sudden lapses of sleep during the day (can occur at any time)
