How is the urogenital sinus involved with the formation of the vagina?
Uterovaginal primordium contacts dorsal wall of urogenital sinus
Once contact is made, this stimulates formation of paired endodermal outgrowths called sinovaginal bulbs - these separate from UG sinus and fuse to the primordium forming the endplate and vaginal canal
