London Docklands Development Corporation set up by government to redevelop Docklands in London.

Gentrification - improve social characteristics, but increases inequality.
Eg. Notting Hill was one of the most deprived areas in London, but deprivation levels are now lower. BUT social inequality between new + exisiting residents has increased.
