FB, contact lens, scratches

A
Ocular pain, tearing, photophobia, FB sensation, injected conjunctiva, mild to moderate visual disturbances

How do you test this?
A
visual acuity, fluorescein stain

What is bottom pus in the anterior chamber?
A
hypopyon

When do you refer for abrasions?
A
corneal infiltrate, white spot FB can't be removed Hypopyon increased pain change in vision

What is the tx for corneal abrasion?
A
topical abx with erythromycin ointment
or
sulfacetamide 10%
