On a recent healthcare project, I was responsible for compiling the contract documentation. I issued this contract in draft to the parties, to provide them with an opportunity to review the full contract in advance of it being issued for signing. Through engaging with the parties, this provided the time for any issues or queries to be raised and addressed before they enter into the contract.
