After the initial contact via email, I gave the RP’s a call and discussed with them what their opportunity areas were, what they was looking for in relation to size.

A

I met with my client in person, we discussed who responded, why they were interested/why the ones who come back to me to say they wasn’t interested. We discussed potential options moving forward and what the best RP would be to go with.

We discussed how we would proceed in gathering an offer.
