What sort of presentation methods do you use, give examples of when differing methods and techniques are appropriate?
Verbal presentation – e.g. to members of planning committee
Written presentations – to client at key decision making.
Consider who the audience is and their level of knowledge/purpose of the information provided.
How do you prepare for meetings or presentations with clients?
- Fully researching topic/project at hand

- Prepare and practice presentation material
What is the key behind successful negotiations and presentations?
Open, transparent communication.
Setting out the task at hand as a shared problem
Use inclusive language.
Ask the other party what it would take for them to find the position acceptable.
