Rule 20 Application
a) all weathers

Rule 21 Definitions, a)
White Masthead light- fore and aft centreline. Unbroken
arc of horizon of 225 degrees (right ahead- 22.5 degrees abaft the beam) either side

Unbroken arc over the horizon of 112.5 degrees, from right ahead to 22.5 degrees abaft the beam, on their respective side
< 20m, can have combined in one lantern, fore and aft centreline

Not engaged in pilotage duty, lights and shapes for a vessel of similar length

If it is impractical for a seaplane to show the lights prescribed in the rules of this part, she shall exhibit lights and shapes as closely similar in characteristics and position as is possible
Agreements must be approved by their government, as per rule 1(e)
