  1. The crash participant is not already already a crash hospital patient
  2. Police officer believes,
    - One or more persons have died as a result of the crash, or
    - it is more likely than not that a person will die within 30 dyas as a result of the crash.

A
  1. Death or serious injuries, GBH where serious indictable charges are likely.
  2. Death or serious injury, GBH where the party at fault cannot be determined.
  3. Failure to stop with people killed or seriously injured, GBH.
  4. Death or serious injury, GBH where a police vehicle or on-duty member is involved (incl pursuit, urgent duty, engaged in a operation)
  5. A major incident or unusual in nature
