Lesions associated with cocaine toxicosis
myocardial degeneration
subendocardial and epicardial hemorrhage
pericardial effusion
pulmonary hemorrhage
Treatment of cocaine toxicosis
including vomiting
gastric lavage with activate charcoal
diazepam IV to control seizures
B-blockers for tacharrhythmias
