  • Prechiasmatic lesions: unilateral blindness/unreactive pupil
  • Bitemporal hemianopsia (peripheral blindness): caused by pituitary adema at optic chiasm
  • Postchiasmatic lesion: homonymous hemianopsia (loss of left/right half of vertical midline)
