STRUCTURAL: Polpys Adenomyosis Leiomyoma (fibroids) Malignancy and hyperplasia
NON_STRUCTURAL: Coagulopathy Ovulatory dysfunction Endometrial Iatrogenic Not yet classsified

How do you treat heavy menstrual bleeding?
A
Progestogens (high dose, ten days) (stops growth of endometrium, initiates clotting cascade)

6 pains (all lower abd related e.g dysmenorrhea, dysuria etc
Disease characterised by functional extra uterine endometrium.
Go on OCP for 6 months
