People found each other more attractive the later it got. Those is relationships were unaffected. Called the closing time effect.

Passionate love
Aroused state of intense positive absorption in another, usually at the beginning of a love relationship

Infactuation, strong uncontrollable thoughts, mentionitis. Dopamine release similar to those starting drugs
Companionate love
The feelings of intimacy and affection we feel towards someone with whom our lives are deeply intertwined

Affection and trust, and oxytocin released
