What is the European External Action Service Corps
it is a diplomatic corps in which the EU is an International Actor
What does the European External Action Corps do?
relations with IOs, relations with countries (mainly non-EU) and Canada has a permanent rep to the EU and vice-versa (in Ottawa from Belgium)
why are Canada and the EU a special relationship?
because it is an old relationship (1st agreement European community with a third country)
